Sotam

SOTAM was founded in 2000. We have approximately 2,000 hectares of local Chetoui and Chemleli olive trees and Arbosana, Koroneiki and Arbequina varieties. Our olives come from our century-old olive grove, Domaine El-Bey. They are cultivated in an authentic paradise exposed to the sun and the Mediterranean coastal winds. SOTAM also has its own trituration, storage and packaging facilities.
