For more than 150 years, our family's olive trees have been nurtured by the alkaline soils of the remote village of Kour in northern Lebanon. These trees have always been free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, making our EVOO 100 percent organic. Keeping in mind the wisdom and experience passed on through generations, we treat our trees with respect and care. Nature repays us by offering fruit packed with flavor and extra virgin olive oil rich in polyphenols and antioxidants.
