After working in public relations and political consultancy for 20 years, I started to work on my passion, becoming an olive oil producer in 2017 after a lot of tasting training. My olive oils, whose aroma, bitterness and spicy properties are balanced, achieve an unusually "fine" taste, produced sustainably and mainly from female growers. "I don't have a tree or a factory." Therefore, I choose from the most valuable and quality products of the Edremit Bay region, Turkey. The oil is monovarietal.
