We are a family producer with a long-standing history in Izmir, Turkey. Our family carefully selects each olive, using only the finest olives from our 2,600-tree grove. The Ab-ı Hayat spring water found on our land helps make our EVOO exceptional. We use this water, believed to be the elixir of life, to nourish our olive trees.
