Located in northern Tuscany, the farm has been in the family since 1985. In 2008, it was taken over by one of the sons Lars and his wife Stella and converted into a certifie-organic farm. Our focus is entirely on quality and not quantity. Meanwhile, the oil has won multiple awards. The standard is an oil with low acidity, low oxidation and high polyphenols. It has the typical taste of early harvested olives with a gentle bitterness, a grassy smell and a spicy tone. We are self-marketing our oil.
