Our philosophy is based on organic growing and traditional production. We are located in the heart of Dalmatia, at 155 meters above sea level, where we produce well-balanced green gold with an intense color and rich texture. Hand-picked olives milled within a few hours of harvest using the most modern production techniques result in a slightly piquant oil with fresh aromas.
