Olivares de Santa Laura is a familly-owned company, committed to quality. We are located in the northeast of Uruguay and we began planting our olive trees in 2012. The grove is carefully cultivated, early harvested and the olives delicately pressed at our mill to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and aromas.
