Olinexo S.L. is the result of a merger of two Spanish organic olive oil companies, AESA (Agropecuaria Ecológica Sierra de Alcaraz) in the Alcaraz, province of Albacete, and Al Alma del Olivo in the province of Toledo. Olinexo produces both monovarietal and blends of high-quality extra virgin olive oils using a state-of-the-art organic oil press.
