First and foremost, we manufacture sensations: we do not produce oil, we do not sell edible fat, we search for and extract perfumes, unique essences, nutrients and precious oils from the fruits of our olive trees, from the terroir of Tuscany. We are producers of fine, healthy and exclusive foods with high culinary and nutraceutical value. We strive to maintain a wholesome work ethic within our lives and on our farm.
