Moulin Oltremonti

Oltremonti is an olive grove extending over 35 hectares of rolling hills on the east coast of Corsica. Our family farm is run by ourselves, Emilie and Ivo. We produce extra virgin olive oil from a selection of varieties, including the Ghjermana of Corsica, with the latest extraction innovations in our two-phase mill. Visits and tasting are possible on the farm throughout the year, including training in olive oil tasting and extraction techniques.
