Fazenda Santa Helena

It all started when the owner went to Turkey in 2010 and saw the olive trees. She found them on the streets, from the top of a balloon in Cappadocia and fell in love. In 2018, she had the opportunity to live in an olive grove in Minas Gerais, where she participated in the harvest and grew her passion. Currently in charge of Fazenda Santa Helena, with the olive trees in full swing (some with 15 years of existence), she leads her business to offer a private olive oil that she named Monasto.
