In 1860, olive groves began to emerge in Jaén and creating an oil mill was necessary. In 1870, an entrepreneur created our mill, hence the name of our brand. By 1962, my grandfather bought the mill, which had been in disuse since 1956. Our goal is to combine the old facilities with modern machinery that is efficient and respectful of the environment, obtain oil of the highest quality and reach the largest number of people with our premium EVOO and history.
