Our olive groves cover 25 hectares in the gentle hilly landscapes of northern Puglia. At 600 meters above sea level, they are surrounded by rosemary, oregano and wildflowers. My family has been making olive oil in harmony with nature for four generations. Every single golden drop of oil that comes from our olive trees, some of which are over 100 years old, has been produced using only organically certified methods
