Mandino

Mandino is a small family olive grove consisting of 1,200 olive trees of the Istarska bjelica, Oblica, Leccino and Pendolino cultivars. The olives are hand-picked and processed within 10 hours of harvesting. We use cold pressing methods to extract the oil from our olives gently. Our grove is located at 305 meters in elevation and the trees are 12 years old.
