Le Creve Garda PDO is made on the banks of Lake Garda, in the north of Italy. Our 600-year-old trees yield oil without defects, whose delicate but sought-after flavor can add a touch of elegance to your favorite food. The Casaliva cultivar develops fruity notes on the palate that mainly recall green almonds and blend perfectly with the delicate piquancy of the aftertaste, with no acidity. This year, we produced just 3,500 bottles.
Every year, I want to improve, and so we made a great product. I'm very proud. I want to thank my family and our agronomist.
