My origin is from Vatica Laconia, where our family olive groves are located. High-quality extra virgin olive oil is in my DNA. Our olives are handpicked in October, collected in special boxes and pressed within eight hours from harvest. Following all the modern research about the positive impact of high-quality food for a better, longer life, I have decided to make a living by creating an everyday elixir out of this tough land.
