Live
On our family estate in Arcadia, we nurture the rare and native olive cultivar Choraitiki (also known as Olympia). Using non-invasive methods, we produce an early-harvest, organic and polyphenol-rich EVOO. Our rain-fed olive trees grow in a biodiverse environment near wooded slopes and surrounded by the breeze of the Ladonas River. The terroir and our care for the land and its natural heritage result in this limited production of olive oil with pleasingly distinct characteristics.
Winning at the NYIOOC is the year's reward that makes our painstaking efforts worthwhile and a firm quality assurance for our partners.

We feel our efforts are being recognized. Our goal is to produce superior-quality olive oil, and the NYIOOC award attests that we’re on the right track.
