La Giulina is a family business founded in 2007 on the hills overlooking Lake Como. The olive trees are not treated with any product and are pruned minimally every two years. The harvest is carried out strictly by hand in one day and the pressing is done within a few hours of harvesting. The olives are harvested when they are not yet ripe. We cultivate only the Frantoio variety. Therefore, our oil is monocultivar.
