Our family farm is based in a small village near Rome and run by two sisters in their early 30s: Aisha and Aliai Scoponi. With love and dedication, we cultivate nearly 3,700 different varieties of olive trees. From 2016, we decided to go straight to the market with our product, label and bottles. This is how our unique product came to life with its evocative name –Il Bucolico – which in English means "The Bucolic." It is an organic extra virgin olive oil, 100-percent made in Italy.
