The first generations of our family settled in Jaén with Fernando III el Santo in the thirteenth century. During Philip II's reign, Camarillas already appeared in some accounting books as "a prosperous farmhouse (Alquería) dedicated to agricultural work." Now, we have the DEMETER International certification. Horses and sheep grazing on our farm supply us with everything necessary for the balance of this "Farm Organism."
