Grubić is a family-owned olive estate in Istria run by Emanuel and his wife, Suzana. The mill was established in 1927 and continues to produce EVOO from Istrian indigenous varieties: Buža and Rošinjola. Grubić olive groves cover an area of 8 hectares and are located in western Istria, near the picturesque town of Bale. The mill has been transformed into a unique museum, which is separated from the modern mill by just a glass door and used today as a tasting room.
