All of our olive groves are different due to the cultivated varieties, the soil and the agronomic characteristics. This allows us to offer six lines of olive oils that fit in different culinary contexts, but with an important common point: the fact of being at the foot of the mountain in the “gariga.” This is where the olive tree finds its ideal habitat to express, in the final product, its unmistakable intense Mediterranean olfactory aroma.
