Cabellut was founded in 1745 by Josep Bondo de la Bisbal del Penedès by converting a centuries-old farmhouse at the end of the 1700s. Today, Cabellut is being restored to all its original glory to, once again, become a magical place for people to enjoy life, celebrate, rest, breathe and reflect – as well as to eat and drink all the good things nature brings us. It is located on the borderline of the wine regions of Tarragona and Penedès in Catalonia, just south of Barcelona.
I’m glad that after taking the olive oil sommelier course in London in 2020, I was finally able to put the knowledge I learned into action.
