Established in 2000, Carma is an organic permaculture producer of high-end extra virgin olive oil. We nurture 8,000 trees in Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. We produce four to five blends according to the harvest. We control the entire cycle from the tree to the bottle and bottle only upon order. We supply EVOO to some of the most prestigious chefs in the country.
It is an incentive for the whole team to achieve prestigious results in such a well-known competition and to be recognized as a high-quality producer in a difficult climatic season.
