Brassica
Our organic olive grove was started in 2008 near the village of Momjan, in Croatian Istria. The grove now boasts around 1,000 trees of different ages, exclusively comprising native Istrian varieties: Buža, Belica bianchera, Črnica and Rossignola. Our cultivation has been certified organic from the beginning, and we produce about 500 liters of extra virgin olive oil annually sold under the brand name Červar.
