Bizerta Agri Industry

Domaine Um Aljanna is located in the region of Ghezala, northwest of Tunisia. The farm is surrounded by 22 hectares of olive groves and flanked by Ichkeul mountain. Inspired by Mago, the Carthaginian writer who recorded the farming knowledge of North Africans since the 3rd century BC, the native varieties Chetoui and Koroneiki are cultivated in a traditional way, hand harvested and extracted solely by mechanical means, finding the best combination between tradition and innovation.
