The pioneer of today's family business was Giuseppe Donato Parisi, who in the 1920s began producing olive oil, flour and wine. Later he focused on the production of extra virgin olive oil. Today the company manages about 70 hectares of olive groves with different types of cultivars. This has allowed us to innovate, creating special monocultivar selections consisting of six varieties of oils: Dolce di Rossano, Nocellara, Coratina, Carolea, Tondina and Biancolilla.
We are happy for this award because is our intention to enter the U.S. market [with] an olive oil able to tell a family story based on tradition, passion and innovation, but especially following corporate social responsibility principles.
