The farm's history dates back to the 1960s, from Grandma Maria's passion for Cervaro olive trees and her dream of building a family farm to produce her beloved olive oil. Over time the company has expanded, obtaining organic certification and today produces 3,000 kilograms of oil from 40 hectares of land and 8,000 olive trees. The company produces three extra virgin oils: Leccino, Moraiolo and a blend.
