Chiarentana di Donata Origo

Since its inception as a separate estate in the 1980s, Chiarentana has focused on producing outstanding olive oil. We pay the utmost attention to each phase, from planting new aromatic olive trees to tilling the groves. Each year, we choose the ideal moment to harvest each olive variety separately before pressing and filtering them. The resulting oils are aromatic and pungent, sold as a monovarietal or blend.
