Our family's organically produced olive oil was a closely-held asset for generations, seasonally produced in Ayvalik, Turkey. Ayvaco's story begins in 2014 and bonded over a love of fresh, home-cooked meals. Now that we are based in the United States, our family's olive oil keeps us connected to Turkey. Through Ayvaco, we aim to share the freshness, authenticity, and nutrition of fresh EVOO directly from the source.
As a small family business, this award is humbling and validating. It has us reflecting on the generations of producers, especially my grandfathers, who paved the way for us.
