Our mill is in Impruneta at the gate of Florence, located in an old farmhouse surrounded by olive trees. The owners are two young sisters who graduated in physics and wildlife sciences. They decided to dedicate themselves to their land. Our olives are hand-picked and pressed using the latest technology. Cold pressing, filtering and storage in stainless steel contribute to the oil’s high quality: the concentration of its polyphenol and nutrients and the preservation of its aromas.
