The Quaryat Dillar olive oil mill (the name meant Village of Dílar, in ancient Andalusian) is a family business in Sierra Nevada Natural Park in Granada, which aims for excellence and sustainable development in a tradition dating back thousands of years. It works in harmony with its surroundings and favors the biodiversity that makes the Sierra Nevada Natural Area famous.
