Al Torcio

We cultivate about 1,800 olive trees in five different groves. To fertilize them, we use a special self-produced fertilizer obtained from fermented olive pomace. All our oils are transformed in our mill, which is situated in one of the groves. Our olives are picked exclusively by hand and milled within a few hours. We produce eight single cultivars: Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio, Rosulja, Itrana, Ascolana, Bjelica, Moraiolo and a blend of our best olive oils.
