Aceites Olivar Del Valle represents the fruit of our land and the value of seeking quality and excellence in everything we do. In 2002/03, we were encouraged by the excellent quality of the oil obtained from the different varieties grown on our estate, located in Bolaños de Calatrava, Ciudad Real, and decided to build a modern oil mill. The 2003/04 harvest was the one that allowed us to offer the first fruits of our production.
