Our ancestors settled on California's central coast in 1864 and began farming the land that we now call 43 Ranch. We are proud fifth and sixth generation farmers on this same land. The soil and mild climate of the southern Salinas Valley mirror the characteristics of Old World olive growing regions. In 2001, we embarked on a mission to produce world-class extra virgin olive oil. We farm, harvest and mill our olives with that goal in mind.
Although Covid-19 required us to close our tasting room, we have appreciated the online support of our business.
