We are elated and honored to receive another round of awards this year. Under the current economic climate, our awards will help us stand out and solidify our place on the stage as one of the world's best olive oils. We feel that it will help us reach new customers across the U.S. and beyond as we navigate this unprecedented time in history.

Sola Stella, a delicate Arbequina, took a Silver Award, and the company's medium Texas Hill Country Millers Blend snagged a Gold Award. The wins bring the company's total number of NYIOOC awards over the years to five.
Company co-owner John Gambini said the producer was able to bottle great-quality oil despite low production.
"Overall production was less than what was expected, especially with certain varietals. However, the quality was excellent and our customers have been tremendously satisfied with our end product," Gambini said.
The company produced 11,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil in Texas from 17,500 trees this year using machine methods.
"We are elated and honored to receive another round of awards this year. Under the current economic climate, our awards will help us stand out and solidify our place on the stage as one of the world's best olive oils. We feel that it will help us reach new customers across the U.S. and beyond as we navigate this unprecedented time in history," Gambini said.
