We are very excited about winning again this year. We have yet to take our olive oil to market, but we are assured that when we do, we have an award-winning product.Nikos Kallas, CEO, Kallas First Press
The winning oil was Kallas First Press, an organic delicate blend produced in Greece that has won twice before.
"We are very excited about winning again this year. We have yet to take our olive oil to market, but we are assured that when we do, we have an award-winning product," company CEO Nikos Kallas said.
The company uses traditional methods to produce organic extra virgin olive oil in Lakonia, Greece, from a blend of olives. This year Kallas First Press produced 3,000 liters of oil from 200 trees.
