Maria Sgourou and Anargyros Vardas took over their family olive groves, aiming to produce an olive oil that would stand out not only for its taste and aromas but also for its beneficial properties. Thus, in 2020, Skoutari was born. Skoutari is an organic Koroneiki EVOO, produced in small batches, early harvested and rich in polyphenols. It is a shield that protects our health, like the one that protected the Erotokritos in his battles, and from its name is derived
