Minimally bitter with a moderate, peppery finish, Sicily is both harmonious and balanced, an elegant oil that pairs well with an array of dishes.

We are a small producer in Santa Barbara County, California, and our fully certified organic grove consists of 700 trees comprising 8 Italian varieties. As owners, we are committed to sustainable farming practices that will ensure the continued health of the land for years to come. Our Sicilian and select Italian varieties are ideally suited to the Central Coast's temperate Mediterranean climate and produce superior extra virgin olive oils with distinctive flavor profiles.
