The Originale is cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil made from three olive varietals: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. For us, this is the EVOO that started it all. In the mountains where we live here in Umbria, this blend has been made by farmers for centuries. It is the quintessential Umbrian olive oil.

About Olivando

Olivando was founded by Marco and Amanda, a husband and wife team. Our friends call us The Accidental Farmers. We reinvented our lives in the greenest corner of Italy in 2020 when we produced our first batch of extra virgin olive oil from the family olive groves just outside of Perugia. Since then, we've dedicated ourselves to the craft of making artisanal olive oil, learning how to best care for the trees, being stewards of the land and working with Umbria’s top mill.
