Maslina i Vino, which translates to ''Olive and Wine,'' was established in 2006 to develop the rural area of Ravni Kotari and is now one of the biggest certified organic producers in Croatia. The cooperative aims to produce premium-quality organic products, including cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, edible olives in different preparations, premium wines, and products made from figs.
