This remarkable Haute-Provence PDO-certified organic olive oil is made exclusively from Aglandau olives. It boasts a refined olfactory bouquet with intense nuances of raw artichoke and tomato leaf. The terroir, due to the climate, gives the olives an aromatic intensity. Hand-picked olives of the Aglandau variety are pressed immediately, giving this grand cru an intense herbaceous personality. This EVOO can be enjoyed raw and cooked. It goes perfectly with mixed salads and Provencal cuisine.
