Casa de Santo Amaro Prestige is a result of the careful selection of the best olives on the Casa Santo Amaro farm. Presents a very fresh aroma, with notes of green dried fruit, green grass and green tomato. In the mouth it presents an intense bitter and spicy, with notes of green tomato, herb and olive leaf, with a harmonious and prolonged aftertaste. Varieties: Cobrançosa, Madural e Verdeal Transmontana. Certification : DOP/ PDO Azeite de Trás-os-Montes
