Asiltane Limited Organik extra virgin olive oil is produced by harvesting the olives in our groves in the Gömeç, Burhaniye and Ayvalık regions from the end of September to mid-November. The olives are immediately cold-pressed and stored in the best conditions to maintain their flavor and healthy properties.
