I never imagined that my life would be in the countryside. I never imagined that one day the question "what do you do?" would yield the answer "make olive oil." I am Alessandra Nicolai. I was born on October 21, 1980, and my grandmother told me that she picked the largest bunch of grapes she had ever seen on the day of my birth. Maybe that was a sign. I could not be happier. The countryside and the olive trees gave me a new life.
