Upupa

Upupa extra virgin olive oil comes from the village of Lokvica, where the Adriatic and the Alps meet. Our olive grove thrives in a unique microclimate, shaped by warm Adriatic breezes and the crisp Alpine air. The rugged Karst terrain and underground ecosystems create the perfect conditions for olives rich in aroma and complexity. The olives are immediately transported and cold-pressed at low temperatures to preserve their flavor and high polyphenol content.
