We are in Sicily. Our century-old organic olive groves produce Tonda Iblea olives. We pick olives only by hand and we press them that same day in an olive oil mill. We cold press in order to obtain first pressure organic extra virgin olive oil. The oil is put in steel containers with nitrogen in a climate controlled room.
For us, it is an immense joy; being awarded for seven consecutive years is a great satisfaction... We are very happy.
