Sambucaro is a family-run farm with more than 2,000 olive trees, many of which date back hundreds if not thousands of years. The farm is located in the Niccone valley, deep in the Etruscan country which once dominated the peninsula. The valley remains quiet and undeveloped. Sambucaro produces top-quality, hand-picked, single-estate, chemical-free, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The farm itself is almost entirely off-grid. Human intervention and mechanisation is kept to a minimum.
