Renzo Marinai

Located in Panzano in Chianti, at the heart of Tuscany, Renzo Marinai is an organic farm producing wine, olive oil and ancient wheat. The oil is certified DOP Chianti Classico. We harvest by hand and use only our olives. Within a few hours, they are milled by a low-impact oxygen crusher that does not heat the oil during the process. The oil is filtered to remove any water or impurities. All these precautions allow us to obtain a delicious oil high in polyphenols and antioxidants.
