OPG Garmica
Our story began in 2016 when we planted olive trees in our family grove, where autochthonous Croatian olive varieties predominate. The basis of our olive groves is the Levantinka and Oblica varieties, which yield oils with distinctive characteristics, freshness and fruitiness. Given that the olive groves on the island of Hvar are small and mostly planted on karst, they require special care and maintenance, which results in high-quality oils in limited quantities.
